What should I do if my Keep It Peachy Mini Facial Steamer does not work?
Attempt to charge your device. If the battery has been completely drained, it may take up to 5 minutes for the LED to begin to pulse, indicating charging is taking place. This is because the charger initially charges with a very low current to protect the battery. If the LED still does not respond after 5 minutes, please check that:
- The USB plug is firmly plugged into the socket .
- The main plug is firmly plugged into the wall socket.

How do I clean the Portable Flame Aromatherapy Device?
Please use the following cleansing instructions: Rinse with clean water and pat dry with a lint-free cloth or towel. We recommend spraying the device with alcohol and rinsing with warm water afterwards for optimal results.
